Co-Designing & Pursuing Purposeful AI

Before you start

Everyone here sees your name and what you write.

This is a workshop tool for one day. There is no account, no password, and no tracking. Here is exactly what happens to what you type.

Your name is visible to everyone here.
When you pick a problem, your name appears on the wall so people can find their group. Inside your group you can add your full name and a LinkedIn link, so the people you work with today can find you afterwards. All three are visible to everyone at the symposium.
The LinkedIn link is optional.
It is there because a commitment needs a person attached to it. Skip it and everything else still works.
Your group’s work is shared.
Notes, ideas, and your group’s commitment are written together and read out at the close. Write as though everyone will see it, because they will.
Nothing goes to an AI tool from this site.
The site hands your group prompts to run in whatever assistant you already use. It sends nothing anywhere itself: not your notes, not your names, not your commitment. The one rule that travels with every prompt: no confidential or proprietary data.
The Smith AI Product CoP holds this, and only for the follow-through.
Names, links, and commitments run the check-ins at 3, 6, and 9 months and the reunion at DFS 2027. Nothing is sold. Nothing is shared or published outside the community without asking you first.
It is deleted when the follow-through ends.
Working notes are removed 30 days after the symposium. Names, links, and commitments are kept for the 12-month cycle and then purged. Ask us to delete yours sooner and we will.

First name and last initial is enough. This is the name everyone sees.
